We carry a wide selection of frames in the optical at Carolina Family Eyecare. We are also concerned with durablity, style and cost. All frames carry at least a 1 year warranty. Our frame selection includes super light and strong titanium materials in our Silhouette® rimless line as well as the remarkably flexible Easytwist® frame lines. We also carry magnetic, polarized, clip-on frames and a stylish selection of sunglasses. Some of the lines carried are: Gucci,Nine West,Coach,Prodesign,Lecoste,Chesterfield, Nautica,Maui Jim and Oakley Sunglasses We staff experienced frame stylists to assist our patients with their frame selections, emphasizing proper styling, fit and comfort. Frame prices will vary depending on manufacturer and style. We stock a wide variety of frames to meet everyone's budget. Prescription Lenses State of the art prescription lenses are available in traditional plastic and glass, or new thinner, lightweight polycarbonate and "Hi Index" lenses. We also offer the following lens options for increased protection and comfort. Scratch resistant coating,Ultraviolet protection, Anti-reflective coating,Teflon® EasyCare Lens Coating Computer Lenses,Customized tints,Sunglasses Previous or duplicate prescriptions can also be filled. We will be happy to call your doctor to obtain your most recent prescription. Contact Lens Fitting Contact lenses have revolutionized the eye care industry. Improvements in contact lens design and technology have allowed more patients to successfully wear contacts. At Carolina Family Eyecare, we apply the latest advances in contact lenses to assure our patients the best possible vision and the most comfortable fit. Our office fits many types of contact lenses including: Soft Daily Wear,30 Day Extended Wear,Toric(astigmatism),Tints (for enhancement),Opaque Tints (for brown eyes),Bifocal,Gas Permeable,Disposable With the new innovations of design and materials, we are finding that patients that could not wear contact lenses previously because of dryness, itching, astigmatism or bifocals have a very good chance of now being able to be fit with comfortable lenses. |
